Had a great experience with this store. From drop off to pick up. I got my luggages with no damage, no issues. I will definitely use their service again as needed on my next trips to London. They are just right by the Cannon station. Easy while on transit, I had my luggages here for a week while out of London to other countries for vacation and then returned to London. The 2 guys (I forgot their names) who work here are really amazing. 💯 PS: you can only book online very important to know this but those guys helped get this done in less than 2 mins when I did a walk in. Highly recommend!

It's a very convenient service; it only took a few minutes to put down your suitcases and pick them up. This is a hotel, and the suitcases are stored right next to the reception desk, and there's always someone looking after them. The only thing is that the hotel changed its name, so the name of this point needs to be changed.

Quick and efficient and they stored my bag safely. Long opening hours at the shop, open until 10pm. £6.70 for a regular sized day backpack for all day storage. Brilliant not to have to carry a heavy bag round all day.
