Discover Leicester Square luggage storage

Everything went well. I handed over my luggage a few minutes late (but it's all okay, because the loss was mine). There was a guy from the London products store receiving it and he stored the luggage in a room. During the collection process, I easily presented the QR code from the app and picked up the luggage handed over by the employee.

Very practical and quick!

At first there was some.missunderstanding with the staff. But after all our luggage was safe. We got back everything in good conditions.

After checking out, I stopped by the National Gallery to drop off my luggage. They even asked me to take a photo of it (self-service) and gave me a storage receipt, and they were very thorough in their handling. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I was able to purchase everything I needed, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the gentleman in the morning was very uncommunicative, but at the pickup, the gentlemen were extremely nice and smiling. No codes were scanned; I only took photos of my luggage and showed them at pickup. No confirmation, but fortunately, the luggage was returned to us intact. Very fast service.

Excellent luggage service. But the products in the store are very expensive.

Easy to store and pick up luggage, the staff there is very friendly. He also reminds us that it’s no charge if pick up earlier than we scheduled time, but will charge more if we pick up later. It’s better to put the latest pickup time since you pay for a day anyway.
