- At first there was some.missunderstanding with the staff. But after all our luggage was safe. We got back everything in good conditions.

- After checking out, I stopped by the National Gallery to drop off my luggage. They even asked me to take a photo of it (self-service) and gave me a storage receipt, and they were very thorough in their handling. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I was able to purchase everything I needed, which was nice.
