Discover Leicester Square luggage storage

At first there was some.missunderstanding with the staff. But after all our luggage was safe. We got back everything in good conditions.

After checking out, I stopped by the National Gallery to drop off my luggage. They even asked me to take a photo of it (self-service) and gave me a storage receipt, and they were very thorough in their handling. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I was able to purchase everything I needed, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the gentleman in the morning was very uncommunicative, but at the pickup, the gentlemen were extremely nice and smiling. No codes were scanned; I only took photos of my luggage and showed them at pickup. No confirmation, but fortunately, the luggage was returned to us intact. Very fast service.

Great service! Transaction was fast and uncomplicated with the qr code. I booked last minute at the airport during our long layover, left the luggages and went on our quick day tour in the city. Picked it up 2hrs early and went to the airport. Paid 12pounds for 2 lugagges. It is located inside the Refill convenience store, just aproach a staff inside and show your qr code.

Very fast and convenient

Good place to store bags in Covent Garden. Very close to Leicester Square tube station. Easy to find. Took pictures of all of our bags. Would use again.

Friendly staff who knew exactly what they were doing making pick up and drop off super easy and fast. Great location and opening hours.

It was good, only problem was that first we hardly found the shop, where we had to put the luggage.
