Super easy to use / drop off and pick up your bags. I had a layover and wanted to explore - was able to book and check in once I got to Piccadilly Circus. My phone data did suddenly go out while I was pulling up the QR code in the store, so I recommend screenshotting your reservation or using the public theater wifi if that happens.
