You can just walk in and scan the QR code at the shop to book. it’s super easy. It costs around £5 per luggage, which is a reasonable price. The location is also very convenient, just steps away from Piccadilly Circus Underground. I would definitely come back again.

Very good service. Only issue was that I had a hard time realizing that is a shop in shop service. The bounce sign outside is not very easy to spot (when a tired traveler reaches the shop and uses thr bounce service for the first time)

This was my first time using bounce , the other day I used luggage hero and it was hard to locate the drop off points and the website is very involved. With bounce , it seemed pretty smooth and seamless. I used the photo that someone else posted on Google to locate the drop off point. And Saf, the person who assisted us was extremely kind. He made me feel comfortable to leave my luggage and just by his kindness alone I would use bounce again .

Well worth the (not much) money for peace of mind when waiting for a late flight. Easy to find and friendly service - had a nice chat about travel with the shop assistant who served me. Bonus being right near Piccadilly Circus Station so you can quickly hop on the train to head straight to Heathrow. Very pleased!
