For the tourists like me, Refill is a chain brand rather than a particular store. So if you Google Refill only, your destination will the closest one, may not the one storing your luggage. Please do not make the same silly mistake I did.

Because the hotel I was staying at charged expensive luggage storage fees, I found Bounce online. I located a nearby location, made a reservation, and left my luggage at the hotel check-out counter. I only needed to show the QR code when leaving and retrieving my luggage, which was very convenient. They sent a notification when the time was almost up, and I could make changes online if needed, but there was a processing fee.

Polite staff. Easy to find the place. Ideal for theatre and National Gallery as they don’t allow you to bring in luggge.

Refill was a super easy store to use. My boyfriend and I dropped off our luggage for the day before our Airbnb was ready and came back a few hours later to pick it up. Super easy and simple. The kept our luggage behind the counter which I felt great about.
