The luggage was scanned in and the agent took a photo of our bags before we left. It was then put behind the cash register counter. It felt safe and was very easy. We were going to the National Gallery and the coat check area at the Gallery was 3 Pounds per item. By checking at this spot we were able to wander all day around the neighborhood.

Couldn’t of been any easier

Great service! Transaction was fast and uncomplicated with the qr code. I booked last minute at the airport during our long layover, left the luggages and went on our quick day tour in the city. Picked it up 2hrs early and went to the airport. Paid 12pounds for 2 lugagges. It is located inside the Refill convenience store, just aproach a staff inside and show your qr code.
