  • After reading the instructions and reviews, everything was easy and straightforward. We found it quickly, handed it over after showing the QR code, took a photo, received a tag, and left. Upon returning, we handed over the tag and got our suitcases. However, they didn't process the checkout process through the Bounce system, and a few hours later, we received an email from the operator stating that we hadn't picked up our luggage on time and would be recalculating the price. We had to contact customer support to explain the situation, and they resolved the issue promptly. Overall, we're happy with the service.
