Fantastic Experience, Really easy to find from Covent Garden Station, Direct train from Heathrow, the service was friendly and prompt, pick up was easy, could not fault it.

Staff are very helpful and responsible. The place for luggage storage is on the same floor as the shop, so there's no need to take the bag downstairs or upstairs. This is very important especially when you have a big and heavy big with you.
