From the outside, it looks like a store; just ask the people working there. The process is very simple: make a reservation through their website, show the code, and that's it. They'll store your bags themselves. I used this service twice during my trip and had no problems.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Sufficient for 5 people (theoretically also for 3 couples), sofa bed and beds very comfortable. Small, nice terrace in the apartment's courtyard. Well-equipped kitchen. Good location, 5-minute walk to Chancery Lane tube station, 10 minutes to Farringdon, 15 minutes to Covent Garden... Top location!

It was my first time to experience Bounce’s service. I was a little worried about its safety at first, but after reading other people’s comments, I decided to give it a try. Because you need to deposit at 7am, many storage points are not open, but because Bounce is connected to a convenience store for storage, it can be done 24 hours a day (sending/picking up), which is very convenient😍 The charges are reasonable, and it is also very close to Holborn Station👍🏻👍🏻 It was stored for 3 days and 2 nights in mid-March. It was originally scheduled to be picked up at 8pm, but due to some delays in the schedule, I informed the clerk that I would arrive first on the same day. The reply was very fast👍🏻The luggage was also in good condition (when the luggage was stored, the clerk took pictures and uploaded them to the app in real time, which should make it easier for them to identify the items. This move made me feel at ease)

Excellent, very quick to check my bag in, and also to retrieve it. If you want a luggage drop near Holborn underground station then this is hard to beat.
