Luggage storage Near British Museum

Great service. Everything was easy, prompt, reliable and friendly.

I was a little hesitant at first, since it was my first time using this service, but it was easy and convenient. I would use bounce again while traveling!

The location was perfect for our need near British Museum. The guy who handled it - did a good job. We got our tags and when we returned and shared the tags he went to fetch our suitcases back. Everything was intact and well handled. Though I have rated 5*, there could be some concerns: - He took the suitcases to the back of the store when we deposited. He got the suitcase from somewhere outside back thru the main door. Hmmm... - While the location details itself were clearly available on Google (including the fact that it's a souvenir shop), the Bounce app was behaving in a cagey way - asking to first book before sharing the location. Something that sounds weird to me. Bounce, change your approach. [I did not pre-book because I did not want some surprise in the last minute. So I went to the store and then made the payment on your app. You could avoid all this unwanted mess.] - I did not want the store to take a lower rating because of your funny app!!

the boy was very kind! The bags are marked with a numbered sheet and he gives you the same one to collect later. your luggage is safe in a closed room 🫶🏼

A perfect place for storing the luggage, just next to the main enttance of the British museum. Personel is very nice and polite. I forgot to check out inside the shop, but did so in the app afterwards.
