Great idea, super convenient

Needed to store my luggage in London for a few hours and Bounce was recommended by a friend. Everything worked seamlessly. I looked online for which location I needed and chose Basic Mart TRC for that and the positive reviews. I showed the QR code and they took pictures of my bags on receiving them. They stored them safely upstairs and when I came back, I showed the QR code again and received my bags. Can definitely recommend using Bounce at Basic Mart TRC.

Was staying close by for the day so decided to drop two bags off. The guy behind reception was a really polite and helpful. He scanned the qr code and took a picture of the bags. Then he took them straight around the back. Pickup was no hassle either show the qr again and he went and got them. Reasonably priced and super service

The store is in a great location, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. As usual, I dropped off my luggage by showing the QR code, and they took a photo. They keep my bags upstairs, away from the crowds. Highly recommended.

We were impressed with the service provided by the store. The location is very convenient when heading to Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bags were stored out of the shop area to offer greater security. We would certainly use again if the need arises.

Great experience storing 2 bags here with all my most important items and travel documents 😬🥰 The staff at the front desk quickly scanned the QR code I received in the bounce app after booking, then took a photo of my bags. It sounded like they would've held them for 24 hours if I wanted but for only 4 hours this service worked great too! Thanks again to the men working the front desk!

I left bags here for a number of days while travelling outside of London. So handy to have the bags safely stored near the station and a straight run to Heathrow. Brilliant.

The guy who collected our bags was very attentive. He carried them upstairs in the store. Very conveniently located across from the metro and right next to the British Museum.

Booked online in advance; on arrival, QR code got scanned & luggage was taken to upper floor by a friendly employee. All in all, took about 2 minutes. Same for luggage retrieval.
