Very easy process!

I used the service on a Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It was 5€ for one suitcase (75x50x30). After paying at the counter, a staff member carried my luggage to the underground storage facility below the floor. I took a photo of myself and the staff member together to confirm the luggage was stored. I showed the photo again when I collected it. There were no pricing signs anywhere in the store, and it seemed like the staff had set their own price based on the going rate. I felt it was a little pricey, so I gave it 4 stars. ____________________________________ When I checked the price again on Bounce Luggage Storage, I realized that even with the advance booking discount, it was still over 5€. So it seems the 5€ the staff member verbally stated was a reasonable price. I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

The guys at the Bounce store were brilliant. The service was really easy and straightforward. You take a photo of your luggage and then just collect when you’re done. Shop is open 24/7. Recommend Googling a picture of the shop beforehand because there are no signs in/on the storefront that it is a Bounce location. So much easier to explore London without luggage weighing you down! 5* recommendation 👍🏼

We showed at the storage point and the person there was kind and helpful. Our baggage was taken care of and we could enjoy a day at the British Museum. When we came back, our baggage was retrieved at once. Everything worked fine! We'll surely do it again.

Easy lo locate, easy process and the bags were returned without any issue, would totally use the service again

It was my first time using bounce and I was impressed with how smooth it was! When you arrive at the store, you'll be asked to take a photo of your luggage, and you'll have to show it when you pick it up. I would like to use it again in areas where there are no coin lockers.

Our first bounce experience. We felt very comfortable leaving our bags. They were stored in a very secure place.

The attendant carried very heavy suitcases down to the basement for security. I felt very safe, leaving my luggage there and was able to pick it up easily.

There should be bounce logo on the outside (there only was one next to cashier's desk).
