Very easy process!

I used the service on Sunday from 11:00 to 14:00. It cost €5 for one suitcase (75 x 50 x 30 cm). After paying at the counter, a staff member carried it to the underground storage area. We took photos of the luggage (staff and myself), and the deposit was complete. You show the photos again when you pick up your luggage. There were no price displays anywhere in the store; it seemed the staff were setting the price based on market rates. I felt it was a little expensive, so I gave it 4 stars. ____________________________________ After checking the prices again at Bounce Luggage Storage, I realized that even with the advance booking discount, it would still cost over €5. Therefore, the €5 the staff member quoted was apparently a reasonable price. I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Very convenient location for the British Museum. This service saved us time, as we did not have to go back to our hotel before catching our train.

The staff was very kind and kept my luggage well.

Very good service! They're open 24 hours a day, and we were able to pay by card. You take a photo of your luggage and they store it in a locker. You just have to show that photo to pick it up.

The guys at the Bounce store were brilliant. The service was really easy and straightforward. You take a photo of your luggage and then just collect when you’re done. Shop is open 24/7. Recommend Googling a picture of the shop beforehand because there are no signs in/on the storefront that it is a Bounce location. So much easier to explore London without luggage weighing you down! 5* recommendation 👍🏼

We showed at the storage point and the person there was kind and helpful. Our baggage was taken care of and we could enjoy a day at the British Museum. When we came back, our baggage was retrieved at once. Everything worked fine! We'll surely do it again.

This was my first time using bounce, and I was so impressed with how smooth it was! When I arrived at the store, I was asked to take a photo of my luggage, which I then presented when I picked it up. I'd definitely use it again if I'm in an area without coin lockers.

Our first bounce experience. We felt very comfortable leaving our bags. They were stored in a very secure place.

The attendant carried very heavy suitcases down to the basement for security. I felt very safe, leaving my luggage there and was able to pick it up easily.
