Our first bounce experience. We felt very comfortable leaving our bags. They were stored in a very secure place.

The attendant carried very heavy suitcases down to the basement for security. I felt very safe, leaving my luggage there and was able to pick it up easily.

There should be bounce logo on the outside (there only was one next to cashier's desk).

Thank you for the convenience. Our luggage was safely stored and secured below the shop, inaccessible to anyone but us and the staff. The man at the desk was friendly and helpful.

A clearer sign would be helpful to show whete it is.

we had to split the checkout in two and take something from one of the bags and they were very much at our service

Very happy with the service. Able to drop the bags off and go do stuff through the day before collecting to go to the airport. Bags are kept safe the whole time. We left 5 bags.

This was our first time trying luggage storage, so we were a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. We chose this location because of its proximity to the British Museum. The man who helped us was extremely kind and accommodating throughout the experience, and made us breathe a sigh of relief when we saw him locking our bags away safely. Pick-up was seamless, and our bags were just as we’d left them. I actually almost forgot one of my bags (travel brain), and he made sure to grab our attention before I made a huge mistake lol. Thank you for a great experience, and we’ll definitely use the service again in the future!
