We got our tags and when we returned and shared the tags he went to fetch our suitcases back. Everything was intact and well handled. Though I have rated 5*, there could be some concerns: - He took the suitcases to the back of the store when we deposited. He got the suitcase from somewhere outside back thru the main door. Hmmm... - While the location details itself were clearly available on Google (including the fact that it's a souvenir shop), the Bounce app was behaving in a cagey way - asking to first book before sharing the location. Something that sounds weird to me. Bounce, change your approach. [I did not pre-book because I did not want some surprise in the last minute. So I went to the store and then made the payment on your app. You could avoid all this unwanted mess.] - I did not want the store to take a lower rating because of your funny app!!
