This was the first time I'd used a bag drop service, and it's a game changer. Worked flawlessly, and the person who served me was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this place again if I'm going to the Apollo and have any luggage with me.

This was my first experience using a luggage service and it could not have gone smoother. This location was convenient. The staff took photos of all our items and ensured we had the confirmation card for retrieval. My husband and son did the pick up using this card without difficulty even though the reservation was in my name. This service was perfect for an early flight combined with a late BNB check in.

Very easy and efficient. Showed hotel my booking. Luggage storage room access and storage was efficient. Safe and Secure.

They didn’t have any Bounce Tags when we arrived. So the lady at the counter put Stasher Tags on our bag instead. We were a little worried. Furthermore, the bags were placed in a room that was not locked but right infront of the front door. In addition to this, sometimes there isn’t even anyone at the front desk to watch over the door if anyone comes in.
