Felt very confident leaving my luggage here, because of the staff who took the care to double-check everything. Very friendly people' Great location near Old Street Tube station. Highly recommend.

Everything went very well. 5 minutes to drop off our bags and 2 to pick them up. Excellent service.

Overall, everything went well! But the website doesn't say they work with Bounce! And the card you put in Wallet doesn't work! Luckily, I had the email address, because you need to log in to the website to get the barcode.

Very polite and welcoming staff, location is very convenient, however hard to find unless you ask staff member on the station. May be adding instructions how to find the place will help people. Easy drop off and pick up. I would say fast, but one thing that made impression is the need to manually fill a form in writing details. If this is automated it will be perfect. I will deefinitely use the service again.
