Experience was great and right opposite the Aldgate station. Something to note is that luggage is stored down a flight of stairs so not ideal if u have accessibility needs or have heavy luggage pieces.

When we arrived that person at the restaurant didn’t understand what we were there for. Eventually we resolved this and bags were stored safely with no issues. The place where the bags were stored was not ideal. We had to go down a flight of stairs and our bags were 25kgs each.
