The service was fantastic and secure. I dropped off two packages and everything went perfectly, and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, on a wide, busy avenue, which is convenient if you need to pick up your belongings at night. They're open until 11:30 pm. I highly recommend them.

Incredible attention above all

Very good location, it is a convenience store and the man who served us was very attentive. We left our backpacks and went to walk around London. As it was raining a lot we finished the route through the city early and we were able to pick them up before the agreed time without any setbacks. Tomorrow is our last day and we will repeat to be able to tour the city without a backpack before taking the plane back to Spain. Very close to Liverpool street station, 5 min walk through streets with lots of people. A 10!

Skeptical at first as this was a convenience store and my duffle bags had no locks so could easily be opened, but my bag was kept safe and sound and nothing was missing. Definitely recommend, very easy and efficient service :)

great staff, really straightforward

Easy check-in and check-out. This was our first time using this service and at first we were not sure if it was safe or not. But it was totally fine. Safe storage very near Victoria Station where we needed to take our train/metro to the airport. Very convenient.
