Arriving in London...while waiting to check into our apartment, we opted for a luggage storage facility using the Bounce app. I should point out that the locations listed as luggage storage facilities are common stores that, upon booking, commit to holding your bags. The experience with the location we chose was positive...the owner of the cell phone accessories store affiliated with Bounce was kind and reliable. Bookings can only be made via the app.
