Luggage storage Whitechapel

They were quite friendly, and clearly the whole process worked very well. I know it seemed to be safe, and they kept a good eye on it. I would recommend the store for anyone. They also had much better opening hours than the other sites nearby. Thank you for your interest.

After searching through several options, I have to say it's hard to find a business open 24 hours a day in London that also offers luggage storage at your convenience, so 5 stars for am2pm for this extra touch. Just steps from the tube station. Excellent service!

I like the service but the shop is not secure all baggage are kept on shop floor by the counter. Plus charges make it quite expensive.

The experience was very good and easy. You make the reservation and payment online. It should be explained, however, that according to the business, they don't have individual, locked lockers, as is the case here. It's a 24-hour store and accepts reservations through their app and takes a photo of the luggage, but in the end, the luggage is left exposed on the side of the store. I'm not saying it's bad, but we all know that leaving our suitcases unlocked doesn't inspire much confidence, as they can be opened without supervision.

The shop assistant seemed a bit listless and serious, but he did the job in the end. If he were friendlier, it would definitely get 5 stars. Very close to Aldgate East.
