Nice and friendly. 99 Middlesex Street, about 7 minutes (0,3 miles or 480m) from Liverpool Train Station.

It was okay in the end, although they have some confusion about the exact address and how to get there using Apple and Google Maps. They tell you they're across from the station on Bishopgate Street, but that's not the case; they're a couple of blocks away, on Middlesex Street.

I don't know if it was our fault (hence no star deduction) or the address, but we couldn't find it right away. We got a tip via the chat function (or whatever it's called) and then it was fine. Very friendly, good location, smooth process.

Perfect, I immediately found the kiosk where the guy directed me 300 meters further on. I didn't have Wi-Fi, but I had written down the PIN, told the guys, they "hooked" me, and I left my suitcase. Done. Very kind. I'll use it again if I return to London! Highly recommended and affordable. Well done!!

The kiosk is right outside Liverpool Street station, but the luggage store itself is a 5 minute walk but when it's factored in to your timeline that's fine. Would definitely use again.

The address doesn't match the one given at all. It's a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. But if you know that, it's okay.
