Excellent luggage service. But the products in the store are very expensive.

Easy to store and pick up luggage, the staff there is very friendly. He also reminds us that it’s no charge if pick up earlier than we scheduled time, but will charge more if we pick up later. It’s better to put the latest pickup time since you pay for a day anyway.

It's a convenience store; you have to show the QR code from your reservation to the cashier, who will take a photo, number your bag, and then take it to a small room behind the convenience store. It was a great experience, no problems at all.

Very easy, quick delivery and pick up

Last Sunday I used this shop,too. At that day, I had a trouble to show our QR code to the store clerk. I dont know it was due to the wi-fi problem or bounce app problem… I asked the store clerk whether I could use my reservation number instead of the QR code, he asked for a permission to his boss, but he and his boss couldn’t allow me to do so. Maybe because of the bounce system…Anyway I wasted about 50 minutes there before my sightseeing in London. I was irritated. That’s why, I gave 1 star evaluation to this shop last week. BUT TODAY I WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN MY LUGGAGE very very SMOOTHLY, because I saved the QR code as a screenshot! So, everyone, be sure to take a screenshot of your reservation QR code! THE STORE KEPT my LUGGAGE very safety. The shop was really god!

Very convenient, easy to find, directly inside Charing Cross station. It costs a little more than the others but avoiding walking around with a large suitcase saved the day for me. Very friendly and helpful staff.

At first there was some.missunderstanding with the staff. But after all our luggage was safe. We got back everything in good conditions.

After checking out, I stopped by the National Gallery to drop off my luggage. They even asked me to take a photo of it (self-service) and gave me a storage receipt, and they were very thorough in their handling. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I was able to purchase everything I needed, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the gentleman in the morning was very uncommunicative, but at the pickup, the gentlemen were extremely nice and smiling. No codes were scanned; I only took photos of my luggage and showed them at pickup. No confirmation, but fortunately, the luggage was returned to us intact. Very fast service.
