I showed the reservation screen on the app, told them the number of pieces of luggage, and the deposit was completed immediately! I was given a numbered sticker, so I showed it, told them the number of pieces, and the collection was completed immediately! I don't speak English, but I was able to use it without any problems! The staff was very polite when I went shopping. It went smoothly, and I was able to go sightseeing without any luggage, which was great! It's also very close to Euston Station! Thank you very much.

Situated next door to my hotel conveniently enough. I was early stopping off and the store owner was more than happy to still take my case. I was early picking up too. Both drop off and pick up took seconds as store sas not busy and the staff were so friendly. Made the whole process really easy and just so convenient. I was in a room above a pub so didn't have the option for luggage to be stored. This was so helpful as I couldnt have done a day in London with my case!
