Luggage storage Inside Heathrow Airport - T5

Was so easy. Booked ahead and paid online. Then edited my reservation with no problem that morning. It was easy to find the location in the airport with the directions provided in the confirmation email. Pickup was fast. The employees were very nice and personable. So glad we did this rather than take our backpacks with us during our layover.

Easy and priced same as used the vendor directly . One stop shop though which is handy

The website said it opened at 6.00am which would have been a problem if it were true but turns out the website hasn’t been updated so the place was open I got to leave our bags and get to my flight to Amsterdam that check in started at 6.05am no worries thanks guys will use again

It was convenient and easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It worked well because I had a lay over between Gatwick and Heathrow, so i dropped them at Heathrow while waiting for 6+ hours before my next flight.

Convenient check in and out. I used the terminal 5 spot and initially had a hard time finding the location as there was no sign for left baggage but signs for lost baggage was there. Once you figure out it was pretty straight forward

Super secure place for luggage storage!

This is an amazing service for travellers who fly out late and want to maximize a last day of visiting. Dropped off our luggage, took the train back into London to visit and lunch. Came back to collect and check in for our late flight.

Pick up felt a bit slow. But it was convenient.

The email needs to be updated with the correct location. All else was fine.

I find it odd that our bags are searched just to leave them for the day. Other than that it was great.

I thought it was quite expensive to pay GBP15 per bag for each of our 4 bags (two big, two small) for not even 7 hours. I had booked online and was a bit surprised that our online booking wasn't checked until we retrieved our luggage at the end of the day, but we did get a reference number so I was comforted that our luggage was safe. thank you!
