Works perfectly and safely!

The website said it opened at 6.00am which would have been a problem if it were true but turns out the website hasn’t been updated so the place was open I got to leave our bags and get to my flight to Amsterdam that check in started at 6.05am no worries thanks guys will use again

It was convenient and easy to drop off and pick up my luggage. It worked well because I had a lay over between Gatwick and Heathrow, so i dropped them at Heathrow while waiting for 6+ hours before my next flight.

Service was pretty smooth and efficient. No issues for me!

Convenient check in and out. I used the terminal 5 spot and initially had a hard time finding the location as there was no sign for left baggage but signs for lost baggage was there. Once you figure out it was pretty straight forward

Super secure place for luggage storage!

This is an amazing service for travellers who fly out late and want to maximize a last day of visiting. Dropped off our luggage, took the train back into London to visit and lunch. Came back to collect and check in for our late flight.

Was soooer easy except I was looking for a company named bounce when it was excess baggage company

I find it odd that our bags are searched just to leave them for the day. Other than that it was great.

I thought it was quite expensive to pay GBP15 per bag for each of our 4 bags (two big, two small) for not even 7 hours. I had booked online and was a bit surprised that our online booking wasn't checked until we retrieved our luggage at the end of the day, but we did get a reference number so I was comforted that our luggage was safe. thank you!

Need more staff As took long time to collecting suitcase. Had advice to take photo of ticket and glad did. Heat of Egypt took away all of print except barcode!!!

Very practical and useful option during a long stopover in London LHR. That said, rather difficult to find because it is very poorly signposted at the airport. You literally have to leave the transit area to find yourself at the arrival level and then find the baggage drop-off. Once there, the service is fast and efficient.

There should be clear indications for drop bags at the airport. As for the experience it was fine.

Dropping off my bag was easy. To pick up my bag I expected to be easier to provide my receipt and leave. As travelers are often rushing, it was not convenient to wait for my data to then be entered. Would have appreciated that at drop off or that the system from Bounce connected to the location as it seemed to be duplicated. Would still recommend this service to other travelers.
