Perfect. Just a few meters from Paddington Station. Keep in mind that you have to climb a staircase to leave your luggage. They leave it in a locked room. It's a hotel.

Everything went very well. I booked online to store my luggage. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was very simple, quick, and secure. It's open 24/7, and it's a 5-star hotel.

First time using bounce and was a bit apprehensive, but worked out so well. Bags felt safe in locked room upstairs and no trouble at all checking them in or out + no line either. Will use again when back in London.

It was just a block from the hotel where we were staying, and the reception and luggage collection were quick. Highly recommended.

Excellent. The process was seamless. Booked & paid online, the hotel was just a stones throw from Paddington station. The reception was manned and they immediately tagged our cases and brought the cases to their locked room. When we returned to collect the process took less than a minute and we were in our way. We’ll definitely use the Dolphin hotel to store our cases next time we visit London.
