Crowded but conducive

The APP doesn’t always work. Don’t lose the QRcode in your email as it doesn’t always show on the APP confirmation.

So convenient to be able to leave my heavy luggage at the airport while in the UK. Problem was there is something wrong with the APP. I needed to show the QR code that I prepaid, but the confirmation was missing that code. If yours looks like this, then save your email. It needs the QR.

East process, a bit expensive compared to other services via hotels but its super handy to have your bags right at the termibal and not have to side trip to another location

Friendly staff and quick service both on drop-off and pick-up

My golf clubs were returned safe and sound after two weeks so that was good. The check in was a little confusing as the card in my Apple wallet didn’t have the QR code the girl at reception kept talking about. In the end I found it in an email when I picked my clubs up. The staff could be improved with some training as to how luggage storage is a SERVICE industry.
