  • Very simple. Nice staff. It was unfortunate that I stored my bags for 27 hours and had to pay for a 2 day rate. It would be better if the payments were in 4 hour increments or something similar but other than that pretty happy with this solution.

  • Easy to book and to update/change the number of items being stored. Good directions on how to locate Bounce within Heathrow. Some confusion caused by the person who accepted my bags doing things differently to the standard meaning there was a small delay when they were trying to find my bags when I came to collect BUT there were 4 people in my group storing luggage , and only confusion with mine so if I could do 4.75 stars, I would
