Easy to found it very near from train station

The kiosk's address doesn't match the booking confirmation. This kiosk provides the address, but then it's a 5-minute walk to the luggage drop-off point.

It was all alright until I went to pick up the luggage and the guy said there are no luggage's left in their care. Luckily I had a picture I took and he said he knows which one it is and went and collected it. Left me a little confused. What if I didn't have a picture? Would they have said there's nothing there? Take a picture when u hand it over , that's my advice

No security tags which are always provided by bounce to differentiate who’s bags where who and bags left on shop floor for a while then taken away

Everything is perfect

Didn't like being told to click on 5 stars when collecting my bags especially considering when we dropped them off the person was having a conversation on his mobile phone

Easy to find but the app should update the store name. There is a bit of communication error even though we spoke in English but ended up managing to get the message through.

The real location is not same as what shown at the APP. you have to walk about 3 minutes further.
