  • The store is very narrow and they were doing some work, making it a little tight getting in and out. All three of our "larger-siz" bags we're actually pretty small -- much smaller than the maximum size allowed, and we wanted to tie on a small plastic bag on top of one of them to offload a few bulkier items from a backpack, but they wouldn't allow that. So they probably could have been a bit more flexible and accommodating, but otherwise, the service worked and nothing was lost, so I guess I can't complain.

  • Good location, very close to Farringdon Station. It’s basically a convenience store, but they also offer a luggage storage service. We arrived early in the afternoon, and the staff member at the counter was very helpful and helped us with the online booking. We came back in the evening, and another staff member handed our bags back to us. Everything was quick and easy, and we had no issues at all. Would definitely use this service again!
