  • Absolutely perfect. The shop was easy to find from Farringdon Station, and the employees were helpful & kind. It is true that luggage isn’t hidden from shoppers, but it is some distance from the front door. I felt the luggage was reasonably safe here.

  • We picked a location near our hotel and local tube stop allowing us to drop off our luggage and get another 8+ hours of sight seeing in before having to leave London. The gentleman at the shop was very friendly and polite and there when we picked up our luggage later in the day. Excellent service.

  • Online booking was straightforward and highly recommended. The place is a shop that stores your luggage; there's no sign outside indicating the service, and they don't have lockers, they just store and look after your bags inside. It worked well for us.
