Seamless drop-off and collection, by showing the QR code to the shop assistant. A relaxed few minutes walk to Queen's Club for the tennis, so an ideal luggage location for my visit there - as bags are not allowed. There were apparently a few bags dropped off from tennis visitors. Very easy experience. Luggage seems safe and secure. Would recommend and would use again.
