I dropped my bags off here for a half-day last week while waiting for my evening flight at Heathrow. It was easy to get off and back on the Piccadilly line to the airport. I thought this was the kind of place where you could pay for the storage in person, but you need to book it online - which you can do when you arrive but obviously it's faster if you do it beforehand. The people who helped me book, tag, and store my bags were very friendly, patient, and helpful! Bags are stored securely downstairs in the shop (away from public access). Note that Google Maps lists the storage on the left-hand side of the road but it's actually associated with Pinoy Supermarket on the right-hand side (if walking from Earls Court Station). Price was reasonable (as set online) and location was very convenient. Would happily use this service/location again. Thank you again :)

This was the first time using a service like this and I was very pleased. The process was seamless and convenient. The staff a the location were very pleasant and we had no issues whatsoever!

Really easy process. I needed to take one bag earlier than the others and there was no issue. All the bags were kept very safe and there was no issues with any damage to the bags or items missing. I would highly recommend for anyone needing this service.

Very reliable, I asked if I could pick up my suitcase a little later than the scheduled time due to a delay at the airport and there was no problem. It is also very good that it is close to Earl's court, because it has lifts and is on the Piccadilly line, which makes it easy to get to the airport.
