  • Brilliant service. Booked the day before. We turned up and instantly seen to, bags were labelled up, took a photo of the numbers and off we went, took 2 minutes. Collection just as easy, showed the shop keeper the photo of the numbers for the labels on the bags, he went and grabbed them and again we were off within 2 minutes. Would 100% use again.

  • The place is a laundry place, the entrance is from High Kensigton rd. Very good service. What was bad is the extra payment taken by Bounce as "administrative fees"

  • It took an awkward 5-10 minutes to drop off because the shop owner couldn't find our booking on his app initially. We were starting to panic as we had paid for tickets for Kensington palace but suddenly he found our booking. Everything else was great but we could have done without that hick up. I booked very early in the morning giving over two hours before dropping off our luggage. It was very easy and convenient after the initial problem.
