Luggage storage Old Brompton Rd

Very good customer service, very helpful and clearly having to deal with some very rude and awkward customers. Highly recommend their service.

Great staff, very easy, great location

The store was small, but the staff were friendly and it was good.

Everything went smoothly

The person at day time was very helpful. I think his name was Pankaj

Everything was quick, efficient, and uncomplicated. They were very careful with our luggage. Seven backpacks were taken from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff and quick turn around. Will definitely use again

Super fast, easy, and pleasant. Very friendly service. A stone's throw from the gas station. I recommend it.

Very fast and easy. Kind gentlemen that were very helpful.

Very easy to find. Smooth drop off and pick up, a great first experience with Bounce.

Easy to find, great location, simple, no-nonsense instructions and a great little convenience store to boot. iIf you want fast and simple, and you have understood all the information on the Bounce website regarding terms and conditions, it is a very good service.

Easy to find just across from the station, quick drop off and pick up.

Efficient and handy service, close to museums. So you can dump your luggage there while visiting, and then take on forward train or hotel check in. I attached a picture of what the entrance looks like - It's a small shop called Kemsington Express.

Everything as expected.

Quick and easy drop-off and pick-up. The employee was very patient, even though it took a while for me to show my QR code! Everything was great, a good decision to book this store!

Very good service, trustworthy and open until late if needed.

Quickly and without problems

Very easy and accessible to South Kensington station.

Convenient location and good service.

All good worked smoothly

Thank you, very practical.

Excellent staff

Great location! Pre-booked through Airbnb which made check in and out quick and easy. We dropped our bags and went to the museums and lunch before checking into our stay.

If it was no longer necessary to leave the luggage, I received a refund.

Friendly staff, enclosed space, easy to find. Highly recommended!!!

No fuss. All as agreed, fast and smooth.

Easy to drop off, they went by the books for the process, was able to pick bags up seamlessly when finished. Right across from South Kensington station which was SO convienient.

Very smooth. Recommend 100%

Convenient location, friendly staff

Quick, but good. No-nonsense conversation. Take a picture of your bag so they know what to look for.
