If you make a reservation, you can complete the procedure by simply presenting the QR code, and just in case, they will take a photo of your luggage and encourage you to take one too, so you can rest assured. When you pick up your luggage, you just need to show the same QR code, which was very convenient!

Great service and they kept our bag safe. We arrived at S Kensington station, so it was a very convenient location to store our bag while we went to explore the science museum and natural history museum.

Location was super easy to find, and just around the corner from our AirBnb. The shop associated were friendly and easy to work with. Just had my QR code ready for them to scan. They gave me a receipt with the ticket attached so I could present to claim my belongings later. I highly recommend this location for luggage storage.
