I could have done it myself beforehand, but I didn't know how it worked. Then I left my backpack in the back room along with other suitcases and luggage. When I returned, I picked it up just as easily and quickly, with the peace of mind that everything is done online in seconds. You pay per item, so I combined all my heavy things into one backpack and paid £3.50. I made the reservation around 2 pm, and it said I could leave it until around 11 pm. Highly recommended. It saved our visit to the Natural History Museum!
