I had read many glowing reviews: either the team has changed… or they were tired today. The luggage handling was also a bit rough. The service is there. Very convenient when you're waiting for a train at the end of the day or arriving early with a rental car only available in the afternoon.

Was a bit confusing to find the correct door to enter as they all looked the same and it wasn’t massively clear where the bag drop area was (to us anyway).
