The staff told me to scan the QR code to make the reservation and pay online, and it was very easy. I could have done it myself beforehand, but I didn't know how it worked. Then I left my backpack in the back room along with other suitcases and luggage. When I returned, I picked it up just as easily and quickly, with the peace of mind that everything is done online in seconds. You pay per item, so I combined all my heavy things into one backpack and paid £3.50. I made the reservation around 2 pm, and it said I could leave it until around 11 pm. Highly recommended. It saved our visit to the Natural History Museum!

We arrived 40 minutes early and they took our suitcases without charging extra! And for our return trip, we arrived a little earlier and they refunded the difference as a credit to our Bounce account! Plus, the price is really reasonable!
