The storage was easy and a safe place to keep my luggage.

A new location & attendant wasn’t aware initially but a phone call to someone sorted it out.

Even though his store closed at 6pm, the guy stayed until we returned at 6.45pm to pick up our bags (we had told him earlier that the Bounce app says his location is open until 7). We were a little concerned when we returned because the lights were off and door locked, but after we knocked on the door out he came with our bags.

First time I used this service and everything went well. I felt a little unsure leaving my bag with no tag or receipt, though.
