This was my first time using bounce , the other day I used luggage hero and it was hard to locate the drop off points and the website is very involved. With bounce , it seemed pretty smooth and seamless. I used the photo that someone else posted on Google to locate the drop off point. And Saf, the person who assisted us was extremely kind. He made me feel comfortable to leave my luggage and just by his kindness alone I would use bounce again .

Well worth the (not much) money for peace of mind when waiting for a late flight. Easy to find and friendly service - had a nice chat about travel with the shop assistant who served me. Bonus being right near Piccadilly Circus Station so you can quickly hop on the train to head straight to Heathrow. Very pleased!

Very good service, and very close to Bond Street tube station. This particular store had been open since 7:30 in the morning. He gave us coupons (tags) which were the proof of receipt and were necessary for the collection of the bags together with the QR code of the reservation. I was impressed that he photographed the 2 suitcases before taking them for storage. The whole process is very easy through the app, you can change the delivery point very easily at no cost as well as the times. There is an update on the pickup time. Generally this mode of luggage storage is VFM.
