Despite the difficulty in finding the place as there was no number on the site, everything went well.

I wasn't sure whether to trust this service, but I wasn't disappointed. The employee was very nice, the luggage was accepted and collected efficiently. It was stored in a separate room and not in the store hall (I saw such pictures in other stores from this series of storage rooms). I didn't pay anything extra on the spot.

The spot didn't convince us at first, but the experience was very smooth and the guy working there was very nice and polite.

Easy to use and they sent a reminder when our time was nearly up. Pricing is a little misleading when booking, but that's not a new thing. Wasn't clear that it was situated in a convenience store, but we found it easily enough.
