Leaving our bags there was a piece of cake. I didn’t love that they sat at in the customer area while we walked away - being assured it was all taken care of. Looking back - I should have insisted they be stowed before I left. But it turned out fine.

It was as straightforward as it gets. The people that work at the coffeeshop and who took my luggage away were kind and friendly. My luggage was in perfect condition when I went to collect it. Would definitely use this location again if I'm in central London.

Easy to find and staff were great. First time using the Bounce app. Felt confident leaving case there, close to Green Park Station and Buckingham Palace. Also served great coffee which was a bonus! Highly recommend!
