Very convenient, very close to Tower Bridge (but cross the street to visit the bridge 😉). The only downside isn't the shop itself, but Bounce, with the fact that you can't pay for a half-day. Otherwise, Bounce is really, really convenient.

Very easy, I just had to show the QR code when I dropped off the backpacks. The guy told me to take a picture of the numbers he was going to put on them, and picking them up was also very easy, just showing the numbers and the QR code.

The luggages store inside the shop, there is no locked room for baggages. But ıt was safe the staff labeled out baggages, in the pick up time they asked for the qr code of booking and our labels.

I felt really safe putting my five bags there. Staff is very friendly and it was great.

Kind and efficient

We were very skeptical of this sort of service as we normally just leave the bags with the hotel, but bouncing around a city like London for bags is just inefficient to in so many ways, so we tried it out. Nana’s was very friendly and helpful and we had zero issues keeping the bags with them and avoiding extra hassle when we were at the Tower and Tower Bridge. Do know you’ll pay another four pounds or so service fee on top of what the website says each bag will cost—not terrible, but adds some cost.

Great service and close to Tower of London. Dropped my bag off here and felt it was secure with the staff ensuring my booking code and taking my bag to the back. Upon pickup I was also satisfied with security of my bag. Recommend this as a great spot and mailed my postcards here too in the same stop.
