The location of the drop off was easy to find and very convenient for our onward journey. The staff were friendly and was dealt with quickly.

All good. Good check in, felt safe to drop off, open until 11pm which is great. The only thing is the location. There are no signs in the station for excess baggage so I wandered around for a little bit. In the end I found it. It's not IN London Bridge, it is outside, and it's right by the main entrance. The big entrance, on the top level, not on Tooley Street. Pretty much by Isle Of Flowers if you're looking on google maps.

Bit difficult to find, but great service

Prompt and friendly service. Felt confident leaving my bag in the care of the staff here. (Left luggage is located just outside the main entrance to the station, at the bus terminus.)

Experience was great and right opposite the Aldgate station. Something to note is that luggage is stored down a flight of stairs so not ideal if u have accessibility needs or have heavy luggage pieces.

Very helpful and easy to get the bags

Easy to find (via google maps), less than a 1/4 mile from London Bridge Station, good hours. The only draw back, is that the suitcases are kept in a cupboard by the door, and the door is not even closed when I was there, let alone locked, so while I was happy with my suitcase being there, I would not have stored valuables there.

A small, local shop where bags were left in the closet right at the entrance. I dropped them off with mixed feelings, but everything was returned. There's a large drop-off point right at the train station.

The convenience of this service made a busy day much easier and pleasant. The pleasure of not having to lag our bags around London and pick up again at our convenience. The pleasant interaction reassured us that our bags were in good hands.
