We were greeted warmly right away. Our suitcases were taken, we were given numbers, which we photographed, and then we paid. When we came to pick them up, we showed the photo, and within a minute, we had our suitcases back safe and sound. We were a little apprehensive at first because we weren't used to leaving our suitcases in a store… but we would definitely do it again!
