Recommend walking inside victoria station and going out by the entrance that's next to a Sainsbury's it's the best way to get to the place where you store your luggage (especially when you have lots of suitcases with you). Inside a cute shop is where you store your luggage, the guy is super friendly and helpful. We had lot's of luggage and we carried it downstairs into a room, remember if you have a bigger than normal suitcase to put is as (odd size).
