There’s a sign outside on the side with a QR code that you scan to install the app. I added my bags, registered everything in the app, and received a QR code for the drop-off. I didn’t realize at first that the shop on the street was also the actual bag drop-off location. Once inside, they added numbered tags to my bags, and I took a picture of the numbers to show when I returned to pick them up. Overall, the whole process was easy, quick, and very convenient.
