At first, we were a little worried about leaving our luggage at the hotel reception, but there's always someone there to keep an eye on things and everything went very smoothly! The staff is very friendly, so take the time to chat with them!

  • Very quick, easy, seamless. Perfect place to drop stuff if you simply need to store luggage/bags, and can pick up easily at any time in your slot. Takes few seconds to drop, and few seconds to pick up. As for other reviews saying they leave the luggage in the lobby - they do, however a simple lock could help protect your things unless you’re very paranoid

  • Staff friendly and helpful. Felt a bit odd just leaving my bag in a hotel lobby but it didn’t move, nothing was missing and the whole process was really simple. (Take picture of your bag when you drop it off!)

  • It was great, definitely do it if you want to explore London and leave your bag somewhere, Yes they leave it in the reception area but it's manned throughout the whole day and let's be honest when you get to the location it's not a hotel you'd expect to get your bags robbed

  • Was attending a gig in North London and left my bag here so I could pick it up after midnight on my way home. I had read that they leave bags in the lobby, so no surprises there. The man behind the desk was friendly and courteous and I had no problem collecting it despite the late hour. Bag was exactly where I'd left it with everything inside accounted for. All you can ask for really!
