Luggage storage Buckingham Palace Road

All worked extremely well. Bag left and collected as planned. Would recommend.

The process was really easy. The guys in the Cool Britannia shop opposite Buckingham Palace were very polite, patient and helpful when I realised I had misunderstood the booking procedures(my fault). They soon had it sorted quickly and I would definitely use them again.

Very efficient and well organized

We handed our suitcases over at the counter, they were identified and then stored. When we picked them up, we scanned the QR code again and they returned the suitcases in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Very good, fast, agile and although they don't speak Spanish, we understood each other well, everything was smooth

It was really great . Very friendly

Excellent location if visiting The Palace, easy check in and out, plus they very kindly charged my phone for a little while as my battery was dying.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Great service.

Nice people did everything right

Easy & straightforward would just have liked a sign to make it easier but service was super

Friendly staff! Everything was ok. I recommend them!

Excellent service, luggage stored safely and securely. Will definitely use them again.

Couldn't have been easier. So convenient.

Easy and cost effective.

I was initially a little nervous about leaving a small case here but ultimately it only contained clothes and toiletries. The shop is easy to find, very well maintained and clean. The man behind the counter polite and friendly as was his colleague. Very easy I showed my QR code to book in and a couple of hours later I returned to collect my case. Again showing my QR code. Case appeared very quickly. I would definitely recommend them. Great easy experience!

Great service, very quick and easy and the staff were super friendly.

Friendly, very helpful team

- nice staff - easy drop-off and pick up

Easy storage. Just leave the luggage there, take a quick photo with the luggage tag on and you’re good to enjoy the trip. They’ve placed the luggage in another room, not visible for their other customers so it felt safe.

The best! So easy, convienient and safe!
