  • This was a brilliant service. So helpful to be able to leave our bags for the day whilst we headed to the King's gallery. The location is perfect for it and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was such an easy experience from start to finish and I would 100% use bounce and cool britannia again.

  • Cool Britannia is a very convenient location to store luggage if visiting any of the sites near Buckingham Palace. Drop off and pick up were very fast and easy. Appreciated that the location is also very close to Victoria Train Station. Will use again when visiting this area of London.

  • Was very easy to drop luggage for a place near Buckingham Palace. Everything went as planned... Just understand that a "backpack" is not a smaller item and you should mark this as "larger luggage" when booking online....
