- We walked into the The Nail Town nail salon and showed the manager (?) our QR codes. The staff helped us move our luggage to a secure room in the back of the shop, where they tagged and asked us to photographed the grouping of the bags. A few hours later we returned for the bags. I think they asked me to show my ID as an added security step which I appreciated. They were friendly and thanked us for being customers.

- We were a group of 20 school kids and 2 teachers, which in total gave 22 luggages to store ! The staff were were friendly and welcoming, luggages stored perfectly in a small separate room and with luggages all numbered separately. The restaurant is 1 min walk from the Shard and the entrance to London Bridge train station ! We highly recommend this place for storing your luggage !!!!

- Dropping off luggage was straightforward and quick, but tall people or large suitcases have difficulty getting down the stairs to the storage room. However, we would book it again, as the price was relatively good. For example, a single piece of luggage at Paddington would have cost almost £15 per day.

- It's a 24-hour store. You have to make a reservation online. You show the reservation to the employees, and they store your luggage in a warehouse. You have to take a photo of your luggage to pick it up later.

- The location is across from Borough Market so is central. It is difficult to find where it is but it is located inside the Londis shop and once payment made on scanner I had to carry the luggage myself down the stairs to their store room.
