Your app had times to collect the luggage which was unnecessary as made no difference to pricing but I had rushed the booking so was surprised to get an email 5 hours later telling me my time was up and then it was it necessary to create an account either

We were expecting a box, but nonetheless nothing got stolen or damaged

The staff were nice but I did not like that the luggage was stored in the middle of shopping area of the store so customers browsing the souvenirs were next to the luggage . Expected it to be behind some sort of foot or screen .

Very easy, I just had to show the QR code when I dropped off the backpacks. The guy told me to take a picture of the numbers he was going to put on them, and picking them up was also very easy, just showing the numbers and the QR code.

The luggages store inside the shop, there is no locked room for baggages. But ıt was safe the staff labeled out baggages, in the pick up time they asked for the qr code of booking and our labels.

Great friendly service, no issues

It didn't look very inviting from the outside, but we ended up leaving our suitcases in the basement. There was a bit of a hoarding feeling in the basement, but we knew where our suitcases were. The price is reasonable, and it's very close to London Bridge station.

Worked all well - staff could be friendlier. The room is a bit of a mess.

Very handy place to store luggage, a couple of minutes walk from London Bridge tube, and opposte Borough Market. Shop where left luggage is kept is open 24 hours a day

Dropping off my suitcase was quick and easy. My bag was stored on the basement level, accessible only by staff or those who needed to collect it. There are cameras, and they take a photo of my bag before dropping it off so everyone can only take their own.

Excellent location. But not great customer service. We felt unsafe leaving our luggage in the basement. My daughter had to go to the basement to retrieve the luggage & that made me feel unsafe. Everything was fine in the end. Luggage was safe.

Quick, easy and convenient. No problems for us but the storage space is down a small staircase.

Easy and fast, and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice people, no problems with the facility, but it is in a back hallway, down a narrow staircase with two heavy locking doors. So with big bags and some in our party who also had limited mobility and weren’t great with stairs, it wasn’t very easy in and out. I would use them again but please be aware!
