Excellent, easy to find a couple of minutes from a number of tube stations, very easy and simple drop off and collection by a very friendly young chap, also a well stocked shop.

Everything is in perfect order. I recommend it.

The location description was incorrect. We had to search a bit. The store is outside the Underground station, a little past the bus stops. Otherwise, everything went perfectly.

Everything was fine, we found it easily, we simply dropped off our backpacks and picked them up again 😀.

I booked for the 10:00 A.M but when i arrived some people were waiting outside, someone opened at 10:30 but I had to wait without information if they will open or not. Anyway over this problem the guy that i found for the pickup what very nice and i loved to talk with him, the luggage were stored with a number in a room inside.

Everything good, but shop name not the same as email so caused some confusion.

Luggage storage in front of the borough market. Very convenient for my itinerary.

Although the luggage storage area is quite small and has rather steep and narrow stairs, for us, traveling with backpacks, it was a positive experience. Everything was quick and our belongings were safe :)

Efficient service. Consumer suggestions: Prepare the shipping label. If the suitcase is large, try to carry it down with two people, one at the top and one at the bottom, holding the wheels. The stairs are steep and narrow.

Quick and easy but I didnt realise the bags were just left in a store room and not in lockers. Still it was simple and easy and good location for me.

The place is close to London Bridge station. Upon arrival, I had to show my email reservation; just booking through the app isn't enough. You take photos of your suitcases and carry them down narrow stairs to the basement. The suitcases weren't missing; we picked them up in the same condition. Upon pickup, you show a photo of the suitcases. I miss leaving a number on the suitcases to confirm I'd left them. The rest was hassle-free. The location is a huge plus. We left suitcases here twice.

Very nice people, no problems with the facility, but it is in a back hallway, down a narrow staircase with two heavy locking doors. So with big bags and some in our party who also had limited mobility and weren’t great with stairs, it wasn’t very easy in and out. I would use them again but please be aware!

Easy to use great service

Very easy to drop off and retrieve our luggage. Staff was friendly and the hours to access our luggage worked perfectly. It allowed us to have several more hours of hassle free time in London before and after our check-in and checkout times.

The location is super convenient, nearby the tube stations and hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and very affordable! They even let me come back during the day to grab items I needed.

Staff were great. Lock room is down basement stairs, stored with other people’s bags and not monitored. We had no problem.
