Very convenient location! The booking process is a bit long winded but it worked in the end.

Everything was great. It's on Cannon Street, very close to the tube exit. The staff told me to scan the QR code to make the reservation and pay online, and it was very easy. I could have done it myself beforehand, but I didn't know how it worked. Then I left my backpack in the back room along with other suitcases and luggage. When I returned, I picked it up just as easily and quickly, with the peace of mind that everything is done online in seconds. You pay per item, so I combined all my heavy things into one backpack and paid £3.50. I made the reservation around 2 pm, and it said I could leave it until around 11 pm. Highly recommended. It saved our visit to the Natural History Museum!

Great service, friendly staff. Very easy drop off, pick up and only a few minutes from the terminal. Had to arrange for the car to be collected early which they were fine with. Just dont lose the phone number they give you to arrange pick up when you land! Thanks 😊

Really quick and easy. It was my first time using Bounce but the guy on the shop helped with what I needed to do on the app.

The luggage storage is conveniently located—practically right at the station entrance—and is much cheaper than the station's own luggage storage service. There was just one minor issue: the location wasn't open at the agreed time for dropping off our bags; we had to wait about half an hour, and it was only after asking around repeatedly that someone finally arrived to take them. Apart from that, everything went smoothly, and we got our luggage back with nothing missing.

It was good but we have noticed that they put wrong number onto our bag when we left from the store. We have noticed that during our check-out.

Excellent location. But not great customer service. We felt unsafe leaving our luggage in the basement. My daughter had to go to the basement to retrieve the luggage & that made me feel unsafe. Everything was fine in the end. Luggage was safe.

Easy and fast, and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice people, no problems with the facility, but it is in a back hallway, down a narrow staircase with two heavy locking doors. So with big bags and some in our party who also had limited mobility and weren’t great with stairs, it wasn’t very easy in and out. I would use them again but please be aware!

Easy to use great service

Very easy to drop off and retrieve our luggage. Staff was friendly and the hours to access our luggage worked perfectly. It allowed us to have several more hours of hassle free time in London before and after our check-in and checkout times.
