Very good and a brilliant tea shop too which we wouldn’t have found otherwise

Location was great. Check in was fast and hassle free. Bag collection could do with speeding up a bit. All in all, would use again.

Simple and effective

The tea room is very well located opposite the ferry terminal and the direct airport bus stop. Note that the tea room is upstairs. There's an external staircase, which can be tricky with large bags. The staff is welcoming. Drop-off is quick. Bags are numbered for identification and a photo is taken. A very good experience.

Luggage is stored a little further away at the back of a shop. Opposite the ferry. On a direct bus route to the airport. Convenient if you are staying in Sliema.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Bags were securely put away. I even forgot my sunglasses after eating at the cafe and they kept it safe for me :)

Quick and easy to do. Bounce should give the full price at the beginning and not just add an extra fee a the checkout.

Worked a treat - bags were dropped and transaction was very quick. Staff were friendly.

I don't believe there was clear communication with the store workers and bounce. There should be more training in guidance and knowledge of what to communicate to new customers booking at the location.

Everything perfect but location difficult to find, you have to go inside a Hotel (Ta Tereza) which is at number 113 of the street (number not reported outside) and ask at the reception. For the rest everything smooth.

To put up a poster in the window ,so people will know the location. We spent a lot of time looking for the place
