- Easy to find, convenient location and some limited street parking where your UBER can wait as you return to collect luggage. The staff were efficient and the whole BOUNCE experience was good.

- Luggage storage at the hotel. After payment, you receive a QR code that you must present at the reception desk. Everything was quick and efficient. Pick-up was also easy.

- The location was very convenient, with friendly staff and fast procedure of leaving / picking up the luggage. It is not very clear though that it's inside the hotel - there is no indication outside, so we spent a couple of minutes wondering in which building it actually is. Nevertheless, it was a great experience.
