Quick and easy drop off and collection. Location is a chicken restaurant as per the photos. Staff speak limited English but had no issues with check in or check out.

Excellent service to store luggage. While a bit off the beaten path, once there, the process was extremely efficient and easy. Just show them your QR code to drop off and pick up your luggage. Highly recommend

Excellent service! We had a flight out from Gimpo Airport to Jeju- so needed to store a couple bags so that they’d be ready for our return flight out to the US at Incheon Airport. This was quick and easy and our items were ready for pick up upon arrival. Location tip- if you take the elevator down to B1 once you arrive in the middle of the terminal- the doors open right at ALO Optical. You can’t miss it ☘️

Pick up and drop off were extremely easy. The store is a bit hard to find though – it's a bit further down from the olive young, the directions made it seem like it's right next to it. Once you reach olive young, turn left and walk ~2 minutes and you'll see it on your right.
