I stayed in Seoul for three days after my trip to Japan. After that, I returned to Europe. I didn't want to bring large suitcases into Seoul, so I left two of them with the store and picked them up three days later. Everything went smoothly and I was really grateful! The staff at the store were also very nice.

Really easy drop off and pick up. Showed up at the scheduled times and scanned QR code with the staff. Easy access if you're using Terminal 2, it's on B1 floor.

Easy to find. Take the elevator down one floor from the tourist information office; the optician ALO is directly opposite. Friendly staff, scan the QR code, and that's it. Great!

Cafe PANE.. it's just next to Incheon Station.. u don't have to drag your bag all the way to Chinatown.. it's a lill bit on the pricey side tho.. but u pay that price for the plus points

Was not that easy to find but once we did it was easy drop off, where they placed the luggages wasn’t very secured as anyone can just walk away with our luggages of one of the people at the store went to the back even though there’s cameras

Super easy to drop your luggage! We were also able to drop off and pick up earlier than expected (by 30mins to an hour early). Would drop luggage here off again!
