Really easy drop off and pick up. Showed up at the scheduled times and scanned QR code with the staff. Easy access if you're using Terminal 2, it's on B1 floor.

Easy to find. Take the elevator down one floor from the tourist information office; the optician ALO is directly opposite. Friendly staff, scan the QR code, and that's it. Great!

Very simple and easy. I forgot to add a locker to my bag but everything was okay even though I left it there for 10 days. Owner also let me pick up my stuff a bit earlier

Cafe PANE.. it's just next to Incheon Station.. u don't have to drag your bag all the way to Chinatown.. it's a lill bit on the pricey side tho.. but u pay that price for the plus points

Was not that easy to find but once we did it was easy drop off, where they placed the luggages wasn’t very secured as anyone can just walk away with our luggages of one of the people at the store went to the back even though there’s cameras

Super easy to drop your luggage! We were also able to drop off and pick up earlier than expected (by 30mins to an hour early). Would drop luggage here off again!

It's literally the Pane Cafe. I was so confused at 1st trying to figure out where location of the shop. It was not until I went into the cafe and asked. Only then I knew it was the cafe and they do this and side income. The lady was very friendly. And it was such an easy and quick drop. Good service.

If I rate it 5* I don’t think there is an issue…
