Discover Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 luggage storage

A life saver service. Thank you

A few notes about locating this place. It is inside balance pharmacy on B1. If you take the elevator from level 3 across from the F check in row down to B1, the pharmacy will be to your right a couple of shops as you exit. (The olive young should be to your left). The sign of the pharmacy is in Korean with a small "balance underneath. Just proceed to the counter and show them the bounce qr code. 5/5 very convenient and helpful

Easy drop-off and pick up process. This was a lifesaver for our trip!

The staff were great and friendly. To be honest, I was having a difficulty of finding the place but when I did it’s actually very good location - it is on B1, near elevator and few stores passed Olive Young.

Very convenient if your flight gets delayed or cancelled and you don't want to drag your bags around

This location is conveniently located close to the express railroad entrance. Note that this is a pharmacy next to Olive Young. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no issue with storing my luggage with them. Would definitely use again.

easy safe and convenient! Highly recommended

Easy drop-off and pick-up. Convenient location right near the AREX area.

Its not too hard to find if you follow the instructions. Find the B1 level. They are near the entrance to the express train, about a 2 minute walk.

What a pleasant and easy experience, on both drop off and pick up.

Excellent service to store luggage. While a bit off the beaten path, once there, the process was extremely efficient and easy. Just show them your QR code to drop off and pick up your luggage. Highly recommend

The location was easy to find and the process what smooth

Quick and easy drop off and collection. Location is a chicken restaurant as per the photos. Staff speak limited English but had no issues with check in or check out.

Sweet people, great location next to the train station, will neatly mark your bags and keep em safe

Quick and easy drop off and pick up, attentive staff, location conveniently across the street from the airport train line.

Very helpful, fast and efficient. Good tasting chickens too 😆
