The location was easy to find on level B1. It‘s not far from AREX Airport Train arrival. The staff was really nice and helpful. I had a very good feeling about my luggage. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you.

Once you realize where the drop off is at the pharmacy under terminal 2, it’s super easy and efficient.

Excellent service! We had a flight out from Gimpo Airport to Jeju- so needed to store a couple bags so that they’d be ready for our return flight out to the US at Incheon Airport. This was quick and easy and our items were ready for pick up upon arrival. Location tip- if you take the elevator down to B1 once you arrive in the middle of the terminal- the doors open right at ALO Optical. You can’t miss it ☘️

Check-in and pickup was quick and simple. The staff was always nice. Would use this service again.

It's right there after you get off the elevator, and the location is easy to find. I was able to check in just by showing the QR code! No waiting time at all! Thank you 😊

Pick up and drop off were extremely easy. The store is a bit hard to find though – it's a bit further down from the olive young, the directions made it seem like it's right next to it. Once you reach olive young, turn left and walk ~2 minutes and you'll see it on your right.
