This location is unbelievably convenient. It is right by the location in the basement of T2 where you need to go to take the rail, subway or bus to Seoul or Incheon. It is in a pharmacy that is on the same side as Olive Young. Just walk a bit away from the metro/rail entrance. The staff at the pharmacy are wonderful and my bag was quickly dropped off and returned without any issues. I would definitely use this service and location next time I'm flying through this airport.

Super practical and safe! We left a large suitcase full of them so we could move around Japan without any worries. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! We had a flight out from Gimpo Airport to Jeju- so needed to store a couple bags so that they’d be ready for our return flight out to the US at Incheon Airport. This was quick and easy and our items were ready for pick up upon arrival. Location tip- if you take the elevator down to B1 once you arrive in the middle of the terminal- the doors open right at ALO Optical. You can’t miss it ☘️
