Was a bit sketched out at first so we were only gonna leave half our bags. But then we got there and decided to leave all our stuff. Varies based on location I guess but these apartments were very safe!

Easy and secure

Very centrally located for leaving luggage and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and we were able to leave our bags there for several hours. Double-check the address; it's different from what's listed on the app.

Everything is fine with the luggage storage, only the address is very confusing; the one in the description leads to another neighborhood, be careful with that.

This was my first time using this service, and I was completely satisfied, especially with this location; the communication and security were excellent.

The process was very easy and safe, and the staff were very friendly.

Location is very close to the airport. Stop off and pickup were quick. My QR code was scanned each time and at the drop off a picture of my bag was also taken. This pic was verified when I picked up the bag.

Everything was very straightforward and easy. The hotel is easy to find, and luggage is stored in a locked storage room. The only improvement would be to have a reservation number or code that is given upon arrival and departure to ensure they take the correct luggage.
