I chose this place because it had good reviews on here. No serious complaints; they are respectful and professional, though the hotel seems to be locked down at all times, so you have to use doorbell buzzers to get anyone to let you in. That can be inconvenient.(When I returned close to midnight, it was totally dark inside and the usual buzzer got no reaction, I had to use a different one which triggered an intercom so I could ask for assistance.) The neighborhood is packed with fast food, restaurants and bars so it’s handy for a snack.

I never used this type of service. Is amazing 👏 I was all day in the mall without my bags enjoying Bogota and hours before go to the airport only quick pickup and done. Is safety and really cheap

The price was cheaper than Stasher, and storage worked well. Bounce had not notified them of the purchase when we arrived, but they stored our luggage, and by the time of our return, our payment had been received.

Fast, safe and effective

I have used the Bounce service twice in La Candelaria, and they are always very friendly and respect the schedules (even if you arrive 10 minutes later there is no problem getting the suitcase back!).

The backpack was delivered to me as I carried it and with all its contents intact. Possibly I didn't read enough but I thought the service was something like lockers. Someone received the backpack from me in a hostel and I put it on a sofa where anyone could see it. When I went to claim it, it was just as I had put it. I don't know how safe it can be but in my case nothing negative happened.

Everything went well, the thing is that when picking up the suitcase they do not ask for a code or identification, nor are the suitcases labeled, so it would not be difficult for someone to take the wrong suitcase.

The process was very easy and the person at the reception was very attentive.

They received my luggages with care they took pictures for safety. I felt comfortable leaving my bags with them.

Everything perfect, the staff very friendly.
