I have used the Bounce service twice in La Candelaria, and they are always very friendly and respect the schedules (even if you arrive 10 minutes late there is no problem at all to recover your suitcase!).

This is a great spot to store your bags because it’s a hotel/hostel. So it has a bar/restaurant & a restroom you can use. Its also close to museums. Very organized bag drop off process. Easy to pick up.

I liked the convenience. There were some registered luggage storage locations right in the historic center of Bogotá. But when I got there, the attendants weren't familiar with the system and it took a little longer to get my luggage stored. I also found the price quite high just for storing luggage. But it worked!!
