Great experience

The location was easily accessible. The process of dropping off and picking up luggage was very well explained and easy to follow.

The location was great, unfortunately one compartment wouldn't open anymore, but it worked with a new code. I had no concerns about security.

Super easy and you put in and take out your own bag so nobody throw it at any moment.

Hard to find the pack station but otherwise worked well.

The receptionists were very polite, there was even a bathroom and free water, and I was able to wait in the reception area until it was time to leave.

Had a technical problem with the app but the Customer service (Nikki) did a great job with assisting me.

Simply following the instructions is enough.

Meininger Hotels was so accomodating. Nice place to store your luggage and stuff. Safe and can freshen up… you can even eat/reheat food there. 👍👍👍

A completely new method of luggage storage; uncomplicated, fast, friendly hotel staff, would gladly use again.

You should check the location of the parcel locker on a map beforehand. Otherwise, you'll have to go to the completely opposite side of the train station.

Easy and reasonably priced for baggage storage

Everything is very convenient and fast, and payment is possible via various payment methods.

Our luggage was too big for the lockers at the train station, Bounce had us covered. Short walk from the train station but a little hard to find. Once we found it, it was a great experience. Thanks for watching our stuff so we could tour Dresden!

It's always a pleasure to be a guest at Meininger.

The hotel is good, inexpensive, and right near the train station. The downside is check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (usually 2:00 PM and 12:00 PM, respectively). And it's unclear why they charge extra to leave luggage at reception. It's always been free.

Superb hotel and excellent staff

The bad thing is the staff's attitude; they were all very unhelpful. Another bad thing is that they charge you to leave your luggage before checking in. I had to check in twice because they supposedly didn't know who I was. The good thing is its proximity to the central train station, and you can walk to the old town in 10 minutes. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are very good.

Drop off and pick up was a breeze. We felt very comfortable leaving our belongs with the staff of the hotel.

Luggage storage after check-out is possible in the reception room. The customer scans the QR code, simply fills in their details, the size and number of luggage and the time for which they will have the luggage stored, the system automatically calculates the price, which the customer pays online. Then they put their luggage away, the receptionist takes photo documentation. When picking up, the customer presents their QR code from the email again and picks up the luggage. You cannot pay in cash!!, everything is done via smartphone with the need for online payment and access to your email. Luggage storage is charged at this hotel!! For your information, I had a small luggage stored for 5 hours for a price of 4.5 EUR.

Very nice and clean, close to the train station, centrally located, and reasonably priced. I found the luggage storage a bit expensive, but it's better than searching for a long time at the train station and not having everything fit in one locker. I'd rather stay at the hotel. The breakfast was small but good.

Lovely hotel, very cool, comfortable, and perfectly located near the historic center and the train station. Excellent breakfast with many options, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed.
