Very quick and easy. It's in the lobby of the hotel and was easy to use.

Scanning a QR code takes you to the website, where you pay and authorize the drop-off of your luggage. It's easy and convenient. To pick it up, you do the same thing, and you're all set.

The mention is not for Bounce, it's for the Hotel Meinster Dresden which should be responsible for this service, not charging the passengers for it.

Super easy and you put in and take out your own bag so nobody throw it at any moment.

The receptionists were very polite, there was even a bathroom and free water, and I was able to wait in the reception area until it was time to leave.

Had a technical problem with the app but the Customer service (Nikki) did a great job with assisting me.

Everything is very convenient and fast, and payment is possible via various payment methods.

Our luggage was too big for the lockers at the train station, Bounce had us covered. Short walk from the train station but a little hard to find. Once we found it, it was a great experience. Thanks for watching our stuff so we could tour Dresden!

Luggage storage after check-out is possible in the reception room. The customer scans the QR code, simply fills in their details, the size and number of luggage and the time for which they will have the luggage stored, the system automatically calculates the price, which the customer pays online. Then they put their luggage away, the receptionist takes photo documentation. When picking up, the customer presents their QR code from the email again and picks up the luggage. You cannot pay in cash!!, everything is done via smartphone with the need for online payment and access to your email. Luggage storage is charged at this hotel!! For your information, I had a small luggage stored for 5 hours for a price of 4.5 EUR.

Very nice and clean, centrally located near the train station and reasonably priced. I found the luggage storage a bit expensive, but better than searching for ages at the station only to find that everything doesn't fit in one compartment. In that case, I'd rather store it in the hotel. The breakfast was small but good.

Lovely hotel, very cool, comfortable, and perfectly located near the historic center and the train station. Excellent breakfast with many options, and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent large hostel. Not expensive and very convenient. Close to transport, city center, shops. Spacious hall, modern interior, friendly staff. I choose the kitchen so as not to depend on the time of reception of food and 24-hour reception. There is a storage room. Payment only by card. Very grateful for the service!
